I've only watched one and a half seasons of Farscape, so I'm not an expert. It did have colors too, but the inside of Moya is a lot darker than Atlantis. Plus outside views of Moya feature black space and outside views of Atlantis have the sky&ocean. SGA has a lot of outside views :)
