Well done you in the quiz! I totally grok that! I kind of failed in the geek stakes in our pub quiz a while ago by not being able to figure out a mystery number from the first round clue (which included "I am the total number of plays written by Shakespeare" AND "I am the number of minutes the Stargate can stay open consecutively"...I mean, I knew both of these were thirty-something, but couldn't be more specific). But then in a later round they gave you the number written in binary and I worked it out from that! Which the maths teacher on my table couldn't do! I was brimming over with pure geek pride, so I totally get your glee!
