For me, Season 4 actually has a lot more "oh god I need at least 24 hours to recover from this ep, I can't process any more" points, I think. A lot of people seem to need recovery time after 4.03 in particular, and/or a pause to gird their loins before the final two eps (though I did then watch the last two eps in one go).

So you may naturally find it easier to space S4 eps out a bit.
