I recognize me all too well in the "have to remind myself I did things that were also fun and good" whenever I feel behind on Everything. Stand-up paddling sounds like quite the challenge, especially in the foot department XD

Shopping isn't my usual choice of activity either, but it can definitely be fun with the right company and the right 'goals'. Hope you get to have fun with that again!
