I just finished The Raven Tower and I enjoyed it :) I did not expect a tragedy, though looking back it was kind of building up to it. I enjoyed the narration and the musing on divinity etc. (The end was a bit fast, I would have liked a bit more about the plan the Strength and Patience of the Hill made.)
