Thanks for all the replies to my "what to rec next" poll! It worked, I'm feeling a lot more motivated about reccing now. But it'll have to wait two weeks since I have two exams upcoming and, uh, am sliiightly behind on studying.

I went running today - my new plan is to go running twice a week, I'm optimistic. My family signed up for the Vienna City Marathon in April as a relay team and I look forward to that.

DD can almost walk without pain again (she strained a ligament in her ankle right before New Year's), so my days are almost over as the completely well-meaning and absolutely not suspicious caretaker who tells her not to worry about anything, it'll be fine, no you don't have to go outside, stop trying to do stuff, just let me take care of things... She's easily distracted with fic recs, which is convenient *g*

...okay, now back to studying.

As a fellow runner, I send you and your family good vibes! A marathon is quite the thing to under take - how is the relay team arranged? (I suspect I would go "Oh, _that's_ what relay team marathon means if English was my first language, but I'm currently drawing a blank).

Ah, now I get it! Thank you for the explanation :) 7,5min/km is a tough goal, but I'm sure you'll make it :D
