TMA 2?

I think the exam today probably went okay, fingers crossed. Now to wait four weeks to find out.

I was planning to do a re-listen of TMA soon anyway because I have a TMA fic to write for sunflower_auction (I already have an idea that I look forward to writing), and then I heard the news about The Magnus Archives 2! No details yet and no idea what it actually means: more episodes? Some sort of tie-in or spin-off? More info is announced to come in two weeks, so plenty of time for speculation.

Though actually I don't even want to speculate too much. I'm honestly not sure how to feel about the idea of TMA 2... The ending was great, and if it's some kind of sequel, I have no idea what that could look like that would not in some way lessen the impact of the original. I'd like to say I trust Jonny and Alex not to screw it up, buuut...

I did find some amazing TMA embroidery.

Right?? I first heard about it on Tumblr, and then on Patreon, and it took a while until I had a different reaction from just exclamation marks. I don't even know what I'm hoping for.

It's very surprising, because like... the ending was pretty closed; there are directions to go, but there didn't seem to be an obvious sequel hook. Sooo I'm really wondering what the plan is here. Hopefully it'll be cool!

I didn't expect it at all! (Cynical voices on Tumblr are saying it was just a matter of time since RQ's other shows are not doing nearly as well as TMA and RQG did.) I hope it will be cool :)
