Things I like:
- Team feelings: they can be all warm and fluffy, or more complicated feelings towards one's teammates and team (it's not always easy!)
- A look at the intersection of personal and professional life
- Hugs.
- Anything from plot & adventures to quiet character studies.
Things I don't like for this exchange:
- "Mundane" AUs where they don't play hockey. (AUs with supernatural/SF elements are fine.)
- Mentions of child abuse, rape, or character death
- Very dark stories, unresolved angst
- Stories focusing on romance tropes, explicit sex; non-canon pairings in general

Janine Weber
I'd love some Riveters fluff, and Janine is great for that: she's always doing fun stuff with her teammates. Show me some of that. Maybe they all make burgers together, or go cuddle some puppies (or get turned into puppies), or develop their pre-game rituals…
Ashley Johnston
She's a big Star Wars nerd, obviously there needs to be a space AU. Her day job is as a mechanic at a robotics firm and she also develops prostheses, there could be robots :) Feel free to include her wife, but if you do I'd prefer if the fic was locked on AO3.
Derrick Pouliot
He got to play over thirty games in the NHL last year and over the summer was widely assumed to a top 4 defenseman to start the season, but now he is still in the AHL. He can't be happy about that. I would love to see how his position affects his relationships with the team(s) and his teammates. I'm especially interested in how he gets along with Olli Maatta, the other 2012 first round pick.
Marc-André Fleury
Flower is just the best, okay. He's currently carrying the team on his back, and they trust him absolutely. It hasn't always been like that: his last two playoff performances were good, but the two years before that were ugly. I'd love something looking at that, how he felt when he faltered in the playoffs not once but twice, and then the reverse later when it was the rest of the team who didn't play well enough. I'd love to see Flower&Sid's friendship, or Flower&Geno, or Flower&team in general. Or something about Flower and his many backups in the past few years.
