There's definitely more to Khlyen's plans! He said he only came (back?) to the Quad when Dutch (Johnny) took out that level 5 warrant, so he spent at least the past six years elsewhere. No way he didn't set plans in motion wherever he was.
D'avin will definitely need rehab at the very least, maybe also deprogramming. Who will help them with that is a good question. Pawter, I don't think she's qualified and even if she were she's a bit busy with the whole underground resistance thing.
