schneefinkAustria's Constitutional Court declared that same-sex marriages have to be allowed! :D
Good news are so nice. Maybe they'll even further update the marriage paragraph ยง44 ABGB from 1811(!) that still states that married people declare their will to "live in inseparable companionship, beget children, to educate them, and to support each other." Also interesting what they'll do with legal partnerships, originally the separate-but-almost-equal alternative for homosexual couples, if they'll abolish it altogether or actually make it an marriage-light alternative for homo- and heterosexual couples.
