Fyi, for the next ~24 hours HumbleBundle still has a cookbooks bundle, and especially the things in the first tier, for one dollar, look very good.
There's a new TAZ:Balance episode, the San Francisco live show: These boys are so stupid and I love them. Clint wanting to heal Taako from fainting until he is reminded that Magnus actually got hurt ^^ I liked the cheerful skeleton, and I enjoyed all the lampshading of the Flaming Raging Poisoning Sword of Doom being OP. Taako Dominating the kraken and then Merle Regenerating his arms was pretty cool, and then riding it to Kravitz' rescue. Best pirate boyfriend.
I've been meaning to check out TAZ:Amnesty, especially now that there are several episodes out already and I can binge them, but I'm already behind on other stuff.

Date: 2018-08-08 01:20 pm (UTC)I only listened to the first two episodes of Amnesty and I thought it had promise, and now that Griffin said they're starting a new arc, implying that the first one has some kind of ending, I'll try it again.

Date: 2018-08-09 04:50 pm (UTC)They're about to start the... third arc, iirc? The second one had some good worldbuilding mixed into it, too.
Yeah, I kind of agree - it was actually what kept me going through TAZ: Dust, honestly. He's very good at building characters and the world around them.

Date: 2018-08-17 06:22 pm (UTC)Give the first arc (which is only like four eps or so total, iirc) a go - there's a fair bit of set-up type stuff in the beginning, but it finds it's footing decently quickly.
Justin did a donors-only one-shot episode, which I haven't gotten around to listening to yet (despite being a donor)
