I requested three book series that I read and loved recently, all of them with tiny or non-existent fandoms, and I'd be thrilled to get something for any of them.
Things I like:
* I love friendship/team/found family stories. Characters who grow to like each other, trust each other, and eventually would do many things for each other, yes please. Especially when they started out enemies/opponents/are in slightly different positions/places/there are obstacles etc.
* Hurt/comfort in its many variations is wonderful. The focus can be on either but I like it best if there's a little bit of both.
* I'm a big fan of loyalty, betrayal, sacrifice, and related tropes.
* Canon-divergent AUs and time travel stories are great.
* Some other things I love: competent characters, plot, happy (or at least optimistic) endings, hugs…
Things I don't like for this exchange:
* Stories with a very dark or hopeless ending
* Explicit rape or abuse
* Character bashing
* Stories focusing on harlequin romance tropes, or PWP without character development
* Different world AUs, like coffeeshop AUs or Harry Potter fusions. I love the canon worlds of all these fandoms so I'd prefer to read fic taking place there.
Echoes of the Fall - Adrian Tchaikovsky
Asmander|Asman/Venat
I love the relationship between Asman(der) and Venat and how it develops. At first glance they may seem very unlike each other but somehow they fit so well together. It would be interesting to see where it goes post-canon – what does their relationship look like? What arrangement do they come to? (I like Tecumet (and Tecuman) too, any flavor of poly is welcome.) Or missing scenes, like their first night together. Or canon-divergent AUs, there are many fun possibilities for that.
This is the one fandom where I would happily receive fanart as well. Maybe the two of them sharing a quiet moment together, or cuddling, or fighting back to back.
The Gardener's Hand - Felicia Davin
Alizhan ha-Varensi/Evreyet Umarsad/Thiyo
I was very happy with the endgame ship of this trilogy :) I would love some post-series ship fic! Unfortunately in the third book we don't get to see a lot of all three of them together, and I would love to see their relationship develop, all of them adjusting/figuring out what to do next, exploring, playing around (maybe with Alizhan's power…), finding new adventures... Fluff, h/c, or pretty much anything else are good (as long as there's a happy ending.)
Inheritance Trilogy - N.K.Jemisin
Deka Arameri & Shahar Arameri, Sieh/Deka Arameri
I really like both the Sieh/Deka relationship and Deka&Shahar, as well as all three of them together, they are complicated and interesting. I would especially love canon-divergent stories (e.g. what if Deka called Sieh back, sooner?), or missing scenes, or post-canon adventures... Plenty of room for fluff or angst or anything in between.
