I do indeed have thoughts about other characters! I figured that clans probably specialize. Jiang clan probably specializes on the Outside Path, Lan clan - probably about half and half Inside and Other, Wen clan - What-Is, except it's very difficult to stay balanced and that's how you get e.g. Wen Ruohan and Wen Chao.

And Wei Wuxian... probably he already starts being interested in the Path of What-Is before the Burial Grounds, it could be one of the reasons why Madam Yu thinks he's unsuitable as Jiang Fengmian's disciple.
