Aw man, that's a hard episode to jump into! Yeah, don't tell me^^ I cried my eyes out that day, and my friend had to endure my hysterical babbling via chat for a while. I have never before had a player character die on me, and I took it hard because just a few weeks earlier, a friends character nearly died for good in our own campaign.
I have listened to the next few episodes after that, and Beau and Nott nearly killed me with how they handled their grief. I like Taliesin's new character, but I think it will take some time to really love him the way I did Molly.
(I just realized I can't even use my favorite CR icons because spoilers ^^) Thanks for thinking about it! *hugs I love the fact that you have multiple Critical Role icons in the first place^^
I started watching Critical Role in *checks* 2017, huh, it's been a while... I was a bit sad that I'd become less invested, but who knows, maybe it'll change again :) Was that during the first campaign when you started? I tried a few episodes, but I never really warmed up to the characters. For me, interest comes and goes, and like you said, four hours plus is quite an investment every week. It is on my list of things to catch up on, though^^
