Very late comment, but congratulations on your complete first draft! Nice work. it's not a matter of just lacking a magical spark of inspiration, it's about consistent effort and persistent work; and then days like this happen and I get reminded that inspiration is very very nice actually and I would love to have it more often. One of my favorite quotations about writing is "Grace in its rare appearances must be welcomed with polished skill" (Etty Hillesum), and some days I have to say it to myself a lot...
