schneefinkThings I did not expect to be doing this evening: watch the Minecraft Championship and have a great time.
It was very exciting! I joined right after the second game because I saw people mention it on Tumblr, and I decided to check out Tommy's stream, which was a great decision. Tommy was a great team leader and coordinator and so supportive of his teammates, they had a lot of fun and they did great! Constantly around place 2-4 even though apparently they played game 1 one teammate down and Zeuz had to sub in. All the minigames were fun, so many fun moments, like Sapnap's 1v3 in the middle of Skybattle, or Antfrost knocking Tommy into the lava that one time and then Tommy failing to finish the curse five times in a row, and then making up with Antfrost later. I was hoping they would get Build Mart but Red still ended up in second place! Only to lose in Dodgebolt, but it was very exciting, and Zeuz winning a 1v3 was great. I'm happy for Eret and their teammates too.
Another highlight, Wilbur telling Phil (who btw was wearing cat ears ^^) he looks like a dumbass, Tommy immediately defending Phil, Wil snitching that Phil was supporting Orange, and Phil whispering to Wil "you are such a big brother its painful," (x) aww xD
So yeah, that was fun! I might watch a couple of older MCCs maybe.
