Why I loved it: Fantastic poly series. I love how they negotiate their relationships, I love their relationships - Cordelia and Aral, Aral and Jole, Cordelia and Jole etc. - and I love the explorations of how people might deal with homosexuality on Barrayar

Summary: A startling confession sends Miles Vorkosigan's life to the left when it might have gone to the right. Miles/Gregor, AU post-Memory.
Why I loved it: I'm a great fan of Miles&Gregor in canon, but for some reason it's very hard to picture Miles/Gregor. It mostly works as long as I'm reading this fic, but then it's weird again. I'm reccing this series because it has great politics and good plot.
Barrayar Expects That Every Fan Will Do Their Duty: Excerpts From A Fandom bylannamichaels

Why I loved it: For some reason I didn't get into this the first time I read it. But I loved it the second time, when I focused less on trying to figure out who was behind which name and what their relations were and more on the fictional show. Which is great and I want to watch it, and to read ALL the fic. (Especially the porn, it sounds like a great show for porn.) And why was Olivia on the ship to begin with?
