More Natsume

schneefinkThe fifth season of Natsume Yuujinchou has started and I like it a lot :) It had some of everything so far: Tanuma and Taki, Nishimura and Kitamoto, the Fujiwaras, Reiko, Natori and the exorcists, youkai of the week. I hope we'll get to see some of the neighbour youkai again, Misuzu and Hinoe and the others.
Matoba has figured out how to blackmail Natsume, that can't end well… Natori is looking out for him for now (I really like Natsume and Natori's friendship), but the Matoba clan is so powerful that if they really want something it'll be hard to refuse.
I liked the last episode with Taki: even though Taki really wants to interact with youkai and with the circle she has a much higher chance than normal people, she still can't experience their world in the same way Natsume can. Even Tanuma can't, not really. But while most people don't even know that there's something they're missing, they do.
I still ship Natsume/Tanuma btw, not necessarily now but in the future. Natsume told him about Reiko :) So Reiko's daughter's father is a mystery, it'll probably pop up again.
