Cake cake cake

Once again I didn't plan a big birthday celebration, this time because I have an exam next week and didn't want the extra stress. (Maybe in February.) I had a great day regardless, and so much cake. DD made me a white chocolate & raspberry cake with a dark blue mirror glaze with golden stardust, it's gorgeous and delicious. Then in the evening was a D&D session where two more people brought homemade cakes for me, one of them with a cat on top. (The D&D session was amazing, we used an undead unicorn to kill a goddess.) And we also still have leftover cake pops, and banana&walnut bread and muffins! My family will get some, I'll meet with friends tomorrow and they'll get some, our one neighbour who we know already got some, and we might have to try and get to know more of our neighbours again because our fridge and freezer only have so much space. Luxury problems.


Turns out it is hard to take a good picture of this cake, especially in our kitchen, but we were too lazy to try harder.
