Some more ASoIaF recs: one series continuation, two canon divergence AUs, three genderswap stories and one time travel fic.

The North Remembers by [archiveofourown.org profile] qqueenofhades
603k, gen, series continuation
Summary: In the ashes of war-torn Westeros, the fate of the remnants of House Stark - and that of their lovers, allies, friends, and foes - hangs in the balance. Has turned into my best attempt to complete the entire ASOIAF saga.
Why I like it: This felt like an epic, as it should, and I enjoyed it a lot. I liked the plot(s), the pacing worked well for me, as did the weight of the individual storylines (not easy, with so many of them!), and the balance between triumph and tragedy.

Dead Men Walking by [archiveofourown.org profile] manic_intent
10k, Jaime Lannister/Daenerys Targaryen, canon-divergent AU
Summary: Jaime supposes that he really shouldn't be surprised in the least when he finds his little brother waiting for him outside the Great Hall of Storm's End. Tyrion is dressed almost all in black, with a long-sleeved jacket over leather breeches, all well-made, and high over his heart is pinned the only dash of colour: a dragon's claw, in rose gold.
"Look at you," Jaime says dryly, perhaps a little recklessly. "Hand of the Queen."
Why I like it: I would not have expected Jaime/Daenerys to work as a pairing, but I really liked both of them here and really enjoyed their relationship.

Honor is Not a Victory March by [archiveofourown.org profile] TheElusiveBadger
165k, Jon Snow/Robb Stark, canon-divergence AU
Summary: Ned Stark arrived at the Tower of Joy to find his sister dead in a bed of blood, and the murdered corpses of the King's Guard. He goes home to the North with her body, and her alone. In Dorne, Oberyn Martell raises his bastard son, Jon, with dreams of vengeance, and his family's rightful throne. Nineteen years later, Jon Sand is sent by his uncle to offer an alliance to King Robb Stark between the North and Dorne, but this could tear holes into all of the Martell's carefully laid plans.
Why I like it: I really liked Dornish!Jon, and his relationship with Robb, and both of their relationships with all the people around them. There is also some nice action and politics.

Midas is king and he holds me so tight by [archiveofourown.org profile] dwellingondreams
41k, Jaime/Cersei & Jaime/Robert Baratheon, Jaime&Cersei genderswap AU
Summary: In which it is Jaime and Cerion, not Jaime and Cersei, and Robert Baratheon and Westeros find themselves with a different sort of queen entirely.
Why I like it: I am usually not the biggest fan of genderswap but I loved this AU and this Jaime and Cersei and all the changes that resulted.

What happens in Highgarden by [archiveofourown.org profile] manic_intent
4.3k, Jaime/Cersei/Oberyn, Jaime genderswap PWP
Summary: They had been identical as children, when only their mother the Lady Joanna could tell them apart. Time has marked them now, however: Cesar is lean, but slender, a little paler, more used to studies and books and accompanying their Father in his role as Hand of the King, or plying his cunning about Court. Jaime is bulkier from armour and swordcraft, his shoulders broader, his skin darker from the sun.
Jaime doesn't like the changes, but Cesar does, his eyes always hot as he presses his paler palm over Jaime's cheek, or when he presses a thumb over some training scar, entwined in bed. "We are our own men," Cesar tells Jaime, when Jaime raises the matter once. "I love you because you are Jaime, not because you wear my face."
Why I like it: Male!Cersei directing her brother and Oberyn Martell in a threesome is very nice, I like the porn and the relationship dynamics.

there is nothing lost (but may be found, if sought) by [archiveofourown.org profile] branwyn
70k, Oberyn Martell/Sansa Stark & Oberyn/Ellaria/Sansa, canon-divergent AU
Summary: One night shortly after his arrival in King's Landing Oberyn is approached in the gardens by a stranger, hooded and cloaked. When she asks him to help her die, he takes her back to Dorne instead. Taking her to safety is easy enough; keeping her safe is a different matter.
Why I like it: Interesting AU, and I really like the characters and their relationships here.

Acquaint the Flesh by [archiveofourown.org profile] Author376
477k, Oberyn Martell/f!Jon Snow, Jon Snow genderswap + soulmate AU
Summary: In a Westeros where Soulmates are bound and Marked by the Gods to bind Houses together and pay blood debts, Lyarra Snow and Oberyn Martell are about to get a shock...
Why I like it: I was initially skeptical about the premise, but then couldn't put the story down. Not just for the main pairing, though that worked surprisingly well, but overall the extended cast including original or originally very minor characters is great and I love the politics too. (series WIP)

and give all the love that you have in your soul by [archiveofourown.org profile] janie_tangerine
90k, Brienne/Jaime & Jon Connington/Rhaegar & Jon Connington/OMC, time travel
Summary by me: Bran Stark sends Brienne and Jon Connington back in time to fix things, with very specific instructions.
Why I like it: Time travel! In this one I especially like Jon C being confronted with the past and the people in it looking very different in person than in his memory, and Brienne meeting young Jaime and trying to help him in his terrible situation in the Red Keep.
