3 SGA gen fic recs

Inspired by the Fandom Appreciation Challenge at sga_saturday, three recs for wonderful warm gen team fics:

Four Times Rodney McKay Got Shot Saving the Day (And One Time He Didn't) by linziday
Wonderful team friendship in very different scenarios, from fun to angst, and the last one ties back to the first perfectly. Good character voices for everyone.

Satedan Justice by sholio
What happened to the other Satedans who escaped? Again, wonderful team friendship with many awww-inducing little details, worldbuilding, and great characters.

Icarus, On a Cloudy Day by snarkydame
This one combines team friendship with beautiful scenery and very atmospheric words.

I love the idea of this challenge (more the idea than the challenge aspect, but if it motivates people I'm all for it), and I will probably try to post some more recs (even though I never know what to say, and how do you define under-appreciated anyway?) I hope many people do so I can find or re-read many great stories, artwork, podfic, vids...

Awww, thank you so much for the rec! :D (I think that is still one of my favorite stories I've written in the fandom, which is ironic since it was picked up as a pinch hit and written in, like, two days.) I heartily approve of your other recs as well. :D

Heh, I wouldn't even know how to choose my favorite fics by you. (The whaleverse, because I love magic AUs so much and this one has bonus whales, but other than that, no idea.)
