Another Hades goal ticked off

I can now report that there is no unique dialogue for having gotten all the bounties, i.e. reached 20 Heat with all weapons. I'm slightly disappointed - but not too much because hey, I got 20 Heat with all weapons! Faster than expected because I finally decided to just concentrate on spear and rail, regardless of Dark Thirst. I got 20 on Varatha today with a great ME build that was only missing ME, and then I did 18-20 Heat on Exagryph in a row after reading a tip on reddit that for rail aiming is much easier if I disable "attack at cursor." I never thought of that, but it immediately made a difference. It made it much harder to use casts, but hitting things with my attack became much easier! And on my last run I got Deadly Reversal, Lightning Rod, Splitting Bolt, and Divine Protection, so that was fun.

This week I also wrote a few hundred words of fic, for the first time in weeks. Idk why I was blocked for so long, and if it was just a two day thing or if I will manage that again in the near future, but some words happened and it feels good.

Yay things! I am trying to forge bonds with three last folks (Dionysius, Demeter and Hermes), and finish inviting everyone to the party.

I am up to 9 Heat on my sword which is awesome but also I'm running out of pact items that don't annoy me. ;-) Like I am never going to do the timed runs, ugh.

Unfortunately there are so many annoying pact conditions! I got used to Tight Deadline (though I still don't do more than TD2 and sometimes even that is hard), and things like Middle Management and Extreme Measures 3 and Benefits Package, and depending on the weapon Forced Overtime or Damage Control, but there are many others that I try to avoid whenever possible.
9 Heat is nice :) Which conditions do you prefer?

My fav condition is the one where each enemy has two blue hearts - like oh no I have to hit them two extra times. What a hardship.

I don't mind the extreme measures for the first two levels but haven't tried it yet against Theseus and Asterius.

I also don't mind the one where I lose the bottom three mirror things, but not when I lose the bottom 6 ones.

Hmm. There's ones where the enemies deal extra damage or have extra HP I don't mind but I really dislike the 'you face more foes each encounter'. Wow, no thank you. ;-)

And the 'everything costs more' one isn't bad because I noticed you get extra coin-giving vases to break along the way.

I never noticed that! I try to avoid that one because I usually buy a lot from Charon.

I've been doing runs with the plume feather thing, to try to forge a bond with Hermes and that keepsake SUCKS so much. I died in Tartarus and Asphodel bc my skills and boons aren't leveled up at all. Hermes, I love you but you suck.

I think it's enough to have the plume equipped for the bond, afaik it doesn't need to have a specific bonus on it, so you could just equip it and play as normal.

Huzzah for both gaming and writing! Writer's block can be so fickle and come at all manner of times - hope you get to be unstuck for a long while or again, depending on how the current writing is going <3
