PHOA: Getting close to 90%

schneefinkI had a very low energy week. Work was okay but studying/anything else is not going that well. Hopefully I will settle into a rhythm soon. I really need to force myself to go to bed earlier.
More Phoenotopia: Awakening:
Saturday: In E.D.E.N. I found the last song, "Lullaby of Ava," and heard a memory of Ava bringing baby Gail and Kitt to town, that was sweet. She was a Peace Minister, and it kind of sounded like she was at least not totally in the dark that there was something special about them? Hm.
I collected some more collectibles and then finally made my way up the tower in Daea again. This time I think I got everything! I even found the broken blaster. Which is cool, but now I need more moonstones again ^^
Sunday: I finally solved the puzzle on Kingdom Bridge! Hiding the solution on the other bridge was mean ^^ I found several more moonstones in various places and gave them to Fran (after trying out the repaired blaster and deciding to get that later.) I got a Heart Ruby, and soon afterwards the Peace Ministers showed up at her lab and said that the teleportation network would not open to the public and instead would only be used by them. Floret: "Dealing with Thomas was a lot simpler… it's easy when they're evil, and you're the good guy." Gilroy: "But mommy… you're the evil one." ^^ So now Fran is deciding what to do, with her usual amounts of drama. Meanwhile I found and explored the Ancient Vault. Then I found Havelock on the Forgotten Pier, went back to the Aqua Line and discovered Subterra. So pretty! The corals and the old underground wagons – and invisible toads, because of course. I could finally give away my Ancient Urn, to the last Anuri, that was sweet. I defeated the big acid slime and got the improved fishing rod (the Serpent Rod) from Havelock in thanks. Then I discovered another Geo Dungeon in Subterra, but after spending way too much time struggling with the third room I decided to come back another day.
…a few hours later: so I decided fuck it and looked up the solution. I probably would have figured it out eventually but whatever. Now I'm only missing the last Geo ticket. I'm not done exploring Subterra but I took a break to look for the last cats I need to pet for the achievement and the last beds I need to sleep in and the last journal I need to snoop in. Taking the luxury suite at the Daea inn did not count as a separate bed, but I did find another Heart Ruby from the balcony and then got a lot of money from the faun fountain there.
Monday: Some more backtracking, for example in the dungeons. I caught several shiny fish, including two sharks now that I finally have the better fishing rod (still needed Honey Brew to manage though), I collected all seven bunny figurines, and after a hint from D finally discovered the last Geo Dungeon (the one in Cosette.) Still missing that last cat…
Tuesday: I got the Elixir, the ultimate dish, from the chef in Daea, nice. Then I explored the Mul Caves again, killed the big spider, and with a hint I found the hidden cave D had told me about. So pretty! Then in the Scorched Lands I found Subterra Station (invisible robots are unfair, js.) I also found the last dogtag, the one of Hilde's lover Alba. Then I checked out the Eastern Megalith Fields and found the graveyard. (The Lunar Artifact and the moonstone in the fields look really annoying to get though.)
Wednesday: After a few unsuccessful attempts at the Daea shooting range and even more unsuccessful attempts to get the energy gem in the Cosette Franway station (aiming with the crossbow is hard) I looked up where to get the last two Perro (and found another Heart Ruby along the way.) I would like to do the optional bonus boss but by now I worry that getting all Heart Rubies will be too annoying.
Thursday: I got two more Heart Rubies and moonstones, and then I tried buying the two open blue prints from Thomas but that did not make the person D mentioned appear. So instead I got the triple slingshot and blaster.
Friday: Turns out I should have waited for the triple slingshot for the Atai shooting challenge all along. This time I got the moonstone on my first try, and I got the Energy Gem at the Franway in Cosette too. I also found Ruby's diary and finally succeeded at the last free running challenge. In Aurantia I got all the Verdant Stones, and I traded for the Super Shroom in Terellum.
Sidenote, this is now finally my second-most played game, overtaking Hollow Knight.
