Escaping the Underworld, starting over

A few days ago, upon completing the codex with the exception of those damn sturgeons, I decided to start a new Hades save file. The first time it took me 67 tries to escape (with god mode), and I was very curious how long it would take me this time, after more than 300 hours of practice. Turns out, only 10 tries! (And I might have been able to do it faster if I optimized the route...)
It was my first run meeting Demeter, and epic Killing Freeze was definitely helpful against Hades. I got Crystal Beam first, but sadly despite several chances no Crystal Clarity. I also had Passion Dash, Support Fire etc., and I had one DD and Skelly's tooth left at the end. That run was also my first time meeting Patroclus, clearly good luck.
It was so nice to see the sunrise and Persephone's garden again :)

I'm planning to play until the credits again, but I'm not sure if I'll continue afterwards to try and get story variations, or if I'll try to get to the first escape faster. (Or play something else entirely, we'll see.)

On my second save file I somehow got a lot of dialogue that I swear I never saw the first time. But I think since I wasn't playing with headphones on I missed the second time Zag wanted to lie down and rest and didn't get the cut scene with the admin chamber.

It's fun seeing how no two games are exactly the same!

I'm glad you got to see it the second time, the admin chamber flashback is great :)

I'm very curious how much new dialogue I'll get. (Tbf some I might not realize because it was a while ago.)

It does! Unsurprisingly at this point, I recommend it ^^
