Who can stop in the middle of a good story? Not me.

Spider-man!Teddy :D Teddy still has a Captain America poster, ever the fanboy *g*
Wtf Billy, way to overreact, and nice egocentric worldview there.Your life is over, huh? (Also, they "all decided to disband"/"promised to stop" after Cassie's death? Apparently that's retconned, but I thought everyone deciding to stop on their own made more sense. So apparently Cap's invite as Avengers never happened as well, that's good.) I mean it makes slightly more sense if you consider he's probably scared for Teddy after what happened to Cassie, but still. Especially as an introduction to the characters in this run it was an unpleasant surprise. But at least they fixed it.

NO BILLY WHAT ARE YOU DOING STOP IT. Okay, later we learn that it wasn't really his idea and all, that makes it a bit better.
Great introduction of kid!Loki and America and their interactions.

Mother is creepy.

"Come with me if you want to be awesome" Haha okay I like Noh-varr so far. Banished Kree music lover indeed.

Oh-oh, Loki, implying that Teddy's love for Billy comes from reality-warping? Nice one. "Being a reality warper is hard." I bet.
"Do you want your boyfriend to snap your neck to save everyone's lives, Wiccan? Because he doesn't."
Wow, Loki is good.

All parents in the city? So not-parents definitely notice. Or not-parents who aren't mind-controlled like the Avengers - what are the criteria? What about kids?

IwishIwassomeonebetter - really, Billy, "angsty chaos-magic user" is such an apt description. (Also who says it never worked...) Bonus suicide attempt, man Teddy will be pissed. (Someone wrote that AU, right?)
And the introduction of Loki's backstory works fine here. I already knew some because I read a bit about Journey into Mystery. But it looks like ghost!kid!Loki has to guilt Loki into saving Billy's life, which doesn't make sense because we find out later that he still has plans that he needs Billy alive for. Maybe it was about letting the others die.

Why does Teddy never go bigger? At least here he changes shape somewhat more, but still.
Imagination engines, really. *sigh*

Tommy! And he calls non-speedsters snails, heh. Kidnapped by a mystery guy, oh no :(
And the rest of the team don't notice? Why don't they look for him to get help pretty much immediately?

Billy FINALLY gets magic training, hallelujah! At least 3 months of it. I read on the wiki that apparently he even met Dr. Strange and they talked about his powers, but then WHY didn't Strange realize Billy really really needs training? Not impressed.
And in the meantime none of the possessed or any other mage notice anything? There are no powerful mages outside of New York, really?
Teddy is seeing a therapist! Yay! Even if she turns out to be evil and later disappears. Hopefully he'll find another one, and make Billy go, too.

Kicking doors into other dimensions, nice. What other powers does America have?
Five weeks of interdimensional literal nightmares :( I'm not sure to which extent they control their travels - are they always following not!Patriot, and just stay in each dimension until they pick up the trail again? In which case not!Patriot is a dick.
Tiny green furry pets. Must be an important planet if the stars are aligned to be watched from there.
Of fucking course it's a trap.
(Billy is so focused on saving Teddy he pretty much forgets about David, heh.)

Btw, I really like the formatting on many pages, how it uses the panels etc.

Break-up scene in the rain with fluttering cape! So dramatic. But well done. Poor Billy & Teddy :( At least they talk about it. Teddy wanting to find a shape that makes it all better, ouch.
(But being away from him doesn't necessarily help, Billy could just have changed reality in a permanent way, so...)

Mother wants the Demiurge, who is Billy, but she has several of him from other dimensions captured. Why does she call them "meta" and "lesser dimensions", later "bad ideas", where did the YA get them from?

Waaaait, Mother is working together with LOKI? Damn trickster. Nice twist. That I probably should have expected, it's Loki after all ;)

Wait, Teddy knows that Leah has a connection to Loki? And that doesn't make him suspicious?
And then he got turned into a living chair, fuck. How did that work, I thought Mother can't control him directly, so how did she manipulate his powers?

Billy is immediately trying to sacrifice himself to save Teddy (and reality), before even listening if there's a plan. Because Teddy will be so happy about that. *sigh*

Yay teamwork & calling friends for help!

The resolution of the Loki mess: Hm, elegant. And then he asks America to kill him and she says no because it'd be too easy for him. I want so much more Loki&America interaction.

Ow, Billy looks like he's impaled on that pentagram. Love is going to save them all, of course. At least you know that you have no idea what you're doing, Billy. Nice graphics.
So can/will he do that every time they face a super-powerful magical enemy now? Makes it trickier for writers. Though I can imagine it being dangerous if done often.
I want Billy to take a lot of philosophy and ethics classes, in university if he goes (YA at university, WANT), because he knows he has to be ready for this huge responsibility one day.

America's backstory: so the final utopia the Demiurge creates is a country of amazons why? The stars are from her home, her name is America (Watsonian: coincidence, very likely), so the America theme is just for fun?
(Doylist, I really don't like the name because it seems silly to write every time.)
She landed on Earth as a what, 7-year-old? And what did she do next 10 years? A 7-year-old with dimension-travelling and other super powers, uh-oh.
I like the idea of her knowing the Demiurge before she came, and then she meets the mess that is Billy. But she also tells him "you're Billy fucking Kaplan. Own it."

So what the heck was that whole not!Patriot mess? David's theory that he's created because of something future!Billy does and/or to make sure something in the future happens makes sense. But he also seems to be there because David is in denial about how he feels about Tommy, which, whut? Is that why he kidnapped Tommy and somehow, idk, imprisoned him inside? And before that he stole some tech? Weird. And why did Leah say he has a connection to Kate?

I like how they dealt with David being jealous: it came up, and he did stupid stuff (kissing Teddy, advising him to stay away from Billy for a while), but nothing malicious or over-the-top, and he gets over it (mostly.) David having a crush on Tommy, however, where does that come from? They barely know each other. And David was already comfortable with being bisexual.

Kate/Tommy was also a surprise, but imo it was just a quick kiss at a midnight party.
I liked how they handled the Kate/Noh-Varr relationship throughout: it started as a one-night-stand, which is completely okay and Kate is never shamed for it, then they have adventures together and make out a lot (I assume) and sort of get together. Then Noh-Varr says he'd rather get back together with his ex, who turns out to be an illusion, but still Kate makes it very clear that it's over, and Noh-Varr regrets it later. It was always there, but not a big deal.
And Kate is 21 now! Billy is 17, Teddy is probably 18, America probably a bit older.
I liked the brief nod to Kate admiring America, too. She can still be mostly straight, doesn't mean she can't look once in a while. And it's good they at least talked once. Kate can use a new female superhero best friend after Cassie died.

I was afraid that I wouldn't like the new makeup of the team, but I did. Loki was an interesting challenge that the YA hadn't encountered before with all his deceptions and tricks. America fits well. Noh-Varr is okay & fun, but it's clear he's not a core member and that's fine. Almost the same with David, I wonder what he'll do now, he doesn't have to stay. And what he'll do if he gets his powers back one day, depending on what Wanda does... (I saw some people saying that Noh-Varr and David are just a fill-in for Eli, but I don't see it, they have neither his stubbornness nor his drive to do the right thing.)
Hopefully in the next adventures Tommy can have a bigger role, and maybe Eli. And maybe a crossover with the new Ms. Marvel! Kamala is what, 15? She could use superhero friends close in age too, and she should talk to Teddy who's also a shapeshifter. And she has to meet America ;) (Chavez. Ugh, that's why I hate that name.)

I bet I'll think of many things to add later, I always do.
